Some evenings need a different light. The Golden Hour Sunset Lamp projects a soft orange to amber circle that looks like the last ten minutes of a summer day, and it does it from a small lamp on your bedside table or bookshelf.

It runs from any USB port, so a laptop, a power bank or the phone charger you already own is enough. Point it at a plain wall, step back three to six feet, and the circle sharpens into a clean sunset. Move closer for a wide wash of colour, further away for a tight circle.

The metal arm holds its angle, the head tilts, and the push button switch is on the cable so you never have to reach behind the lamp. There is no app and no remote to lose; it is one colour, done well.

Questions

Does it need a wall plug?
No. It runs from any USB A port: a phone charger, laptop or power bank. A wall adapter is not included.

How far should it be from the wall?
Three to six feet gives a sharp circle. Closer gives a wide, soft wash of colour.

Can it change colour?
No. This is the single colour sunset version. We chose it because it is the one people actually leave on.

Is it safe to leave on?
Yes. It is a low power LED that stays cool. Switch it off when you leave the house, as you would any lamp.
