Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. United Kingdom and Australia are coming soon.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to the United States takes 8 to 12 business days after processing. Some products ship from partner warehouses in the United States and arrive faster; others ship from overseas partner warehouses. Your tracking link shows the live status.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of 50 USD and above. Below that, a flat rate of 4.95 USD applies.

Split shipments

If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If the tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement.
