Questions

Is it hot to the touch? No. The flame is light on mist. There is no heating element.

Which oils can I use? Any water soluble essential oil. Start with 3 to 5 drops per fill. Our Easewick oils are made for it.

Does it need to be refilled often? One fill runs about 6 hours on continuous mist, longer with the timer.

Is it safe around children and pets? It is low voltage and cool. Keep it out of reach as you would any small appliance, and check that the oil you choose is suitable for your pets.
