Cotton Waffle Weave Throw Blanket

Most throws are polyester fleece, which is warm for ten minutes and then clammy. This one is cotton with a waffle weave. The little pockets in the weave hold warm air, so it feels cosy, and the cotton breathes, so you do not overheat under it.

It is the blanket for a film on the sofa, a nap in the afternoon or a cool summer night with the window open. Machine washable, and it improves with washing.

Is it 100 percent cotton?
The supplier lists it as cotton. It is soft and breathable in the way cotton is; we do not sell it as organic.

Does it shrink?
Expect a little on the first wash, as with all cotton. Wash cool and dry low.

Is it warm enough for winter?
On the sofa, yes. On the bed it is a top layer, not a duvet replacement.
